I chose the Hotel thoroughly and it 100% met my expectations! Super clean, the stuff was super friendly, the cleaning ladies were friendly and quick, I was even surprised by the quality and speed of the work they did! The room was big enough, having a coffee-machine and stuff was very convenient, as well as an everyday's free bottle of water. The breakfast was great either: I stayed 9 days and never got bored by its assortment. The gym is great: 3 connected rooms with all equipment you really need, clean and air-conditioned. The location is great, around 8 minutes by foot to Alexanderplatz, 2 supermarkets nearby, a park for walking and a movie theater. I really have not a single "but". Many thanks to the hotel team!

The Staff are lovely, helpful and do a good job. The reception staff and night shift manager resolved an issue for us promptly and looked after us very well. The Breakfast staff are efficient and hard working, it was a good buffet breakfast, which we would have again. I think this hotel is good value. The Suites rooms on the top floor are very good. Definitely worth a treat. We always return here, like the area, nice park and cafes within walking distance, Volkspark is on your doorstep .Easy Tram and bus routes to get you into Alexanderplatz. Would stay here again

We had very comfortable stay, the room had everything we needed and the staff made check in and check out very smooth processes. The TV had screen sharing abilities which was very useful, and there was a good amount of storage space which we’ve found other hotels in Europe have lacked. We also had a very pretty view of a lovely church. And this may be slightly niche, but we’ve found other hotels in Europe haven’t had many places to hang things like coats and bags and other things one carries while travelling, and our room had more than enough, which was great.

A special mention to the bar and the food available on the menu there, the fusion food was fantastic, the kind you would not forget for a long time. We ate our dinner almost every night of our stay at the bar as it was that good. The location is great to access most tourist spots by foot or by public transport. The casting option on the TV was amazing and i hope other Hotels also provide something similar.

The cleaning staff always kind and professional. The Mediterranean influences of the cuisine was the thing we will remember for sure. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square in Berlin and from there the public transport can get you everywhere.
